THE elections watchdog has thrown out a bid to analyze Stay marketing campaign teams lodged by a former Cupboard minister.

The Electoral Fee mentioned there may be inadequate proof in senior Tory Priti Patel’s allegations that pro-EU teams breached spending guidelines by colluding.
